§01What we build

Four shapes,
one bar.

Every project lands on the same stack we use for our own ventures. That means fewer surprises, predictable scope, and software that outlives its launch window.

SaaS apps
01

Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Stripe, Resend. Real billing, real auth, real users on day one.

Landing pages
02

Cloudflare Workers or Next.js — built for Lighthouse 99 and a story worth scrolling through.

Service businesses
03

Lead-capture, checkout flows, client portals. The plumbing that turns visitors into invoices.

Custom integrations
04

Shopify OAuth, Twilio provisioning, Stripe webhooks, third-party data pipelines.

§03How we work

A process that ends with software, not slides.

  1. 01
    Brief

A focused conversation. Constraints, audience, the unfair advantage. We leave with a one-page plan, not a Notion novel.

  2. 02
    Build

A live preview within the first week. We push to a staging URL daily so you can hold the product in your hands as it happens.

  3. 03
    Ship

Production deploy, Stripe live, email warm. We watch logs for the first 48 hours and patch anything that wobbles.

  4. 04
    Sustain

Optional ongoing retainer for changes, content, and care. Or we hand you the keys with a maintenance kit and walk away clean.

§04The Five Promises

What we
bet on
ourselves.

You should know what happens if we miss. Here is what we put in writing on every build — no asterisks, no exclusions, no quiet clauses.

  1. 01

    Build promise

If you don't approve the final design, you don't pay the build fee. Full stop.

  2. 02

    Speed promise

Delivered inside the timeline above, or your next month of site care is free.

  3. 03

    Uptime promise

99.9% uptime on hosted plans. Miss it in any month and that month is on us.

  4. 04

    Performance promise

Lighthouse 90+ at launch, or we rebuild the affected pages free.

  5. 05

    Ownership promise

Your domain. Your DNS. Your code if you want it. We can walk away clean any time.

  6. Fine print, the whole thing

Promises apply to every plan — Starter, Standard, Pro, and the Studio lane. Discounts are credited to the month of site care immediately following the qualifying event, or refunded if you have no active care plan. We've never had to pay one out. We've also never written one this strong before. Both things stay true for the same reason.

§05Manifesto

What we
believe.

  • 01
The launch is the easy part.

We ship to production by default — staging is for screenshots. The hard work is what happens on day eight.

  • 02
    Stack discipline beats stack envy.

Every project gets the same proven defaults. Boring infrastructure means the budget can go into the parts users actually touch.

  • 03
Speed is a feature, not a flex.

A fast site converts. A slow site explains itself. We hold a Lighthouse 95+ floor on every build, with no exceptions for hero animations.

  • 04
    Software should pay for itself.

If the site does not earn its hosting bill in the first quarter, something is wrong with the offer or the funnel. We tell you which.

§06Pricing

No quotes,
no games.

Three shapes, three prices, written down where everyone can read them. You pay the same as the last project that looked like yours.
