These terms apply to use of vividresources.net and to project inquiries, self-serve payments, and services provided by Vivid Resources LLC unless a separate written agreement controls.

Projects and payment

Project scope, timeline, price, deliverables, revisions, and ongoing care are defined by the selected plan, checkout description, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Payment may be required before work begins. Third-party costs such as domains, software, hosting, ads, licenses, or platform fees may be separate.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, required access, approvals, brand assets, legal review, and content rights. Delays in those items may delay delivery.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, final paid deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred after full payment. Vivid Resources retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal methods, reusable code, templates, and know-how.

No guarantees

We work to improve performance, usability, SEO foundations, and conversion paths, but no specific ranking, revenue, traffic, or business result is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vivid Resources LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
